DOTS Training & Consultancy delivers competency‑based development programmes designed to meet the needs of modern workforces. We create structured, proportionate and clear pathways that support staff at all levels to develop safe, consistent practice.
We specialise in Trusted Assessor Training, with national experience in designing and delivering accredited programmes since 2012. All training is delivered by skilled Occupational Therapists who bring clinical relevance, real‑world examples and an engaging teaching style.
